Delivery Information
British Online Supermarket specialise in the shipment of British supermarket food and products to anywhere in the world. For most countries in Europe we have a flat box rate, so you can order up to 30kg for one fixed price and for all other countries shipping rates calculated at half kilo increments.
All orders are tracked and you will be emailed the tracking number when you order is shipped.
UK mainland customers will benefit from the delivery of up to 30kg for just £8.99. The weight of your basket is calculated automatically. For small orders or orders over 30kg you will be given alternative shipping options based on either half kilo increments or multiple 30kg boxes. You will automatically be shown the lowest cost shipping option at the checkout with the options for shorter delivery times.
International Delivery Charges - Outside of the EU
International shipping costs are calculated per half kilo and you will have a choice courier. The best way to get an idea of shipping costs is to add the things you'd like to order to your basket and then click "Go to Checkout". When you proceed to the checkout, you'll just need to add your country, town or city and zip or postal code. You then click on the orange "Calculate Shipping" button and your choices of courier and shipping costs will be displayed. Then you can add or remove items as you see fit to adjust the postage cost.
Volumetric Weight
Please be aware that couriers will take into account the volume of any package. Large lightweight items may be charged more for shipping due to their physical size rather than their weight. Items that are affected by this are things like crisps and some cereals that are large but light in weight. Large lightweight items can get charged more for postage due to the simple fact that they take up more space on the plane when being shipped. All volumetric calculations have been incorporated into our website, so the price you get quoted for delivery will be the price you pay.

British Online Supermarket is bound by the terms & conditions set by the couriers we use and by placing an order with us and selecting a courier you agree to that couriers' terms & conditions also. No compensation can be claimed for late, lost or damaged parcels using the ParcelForce/EMS Global Direct service to China, as this is a low cost service and to keep the costs to a minimum the insurance removed and this service can take 14 - 20 days for delivery. For a faster and fully insured service please select a different service from the shipping menu. You will find this service only costs a little more, but is fully covered against delay, loss and damage.
